  28. As far as scanning line quality from remote, your most accurate results
  29. will be obtained with something like the USR I_Modem, scanning the lines
  30. from an ISDN line yourself, thereby taking your own line impairments out
  31. of the picture.

  34. insight into the less obvious differences between providers.  See
